For the area of Pulp Commercial located in Shanghai we invite experts to submit applications for the role as
Key Account Manager, Pulp Commercial
- Department: Marketing, Sales, PR & Business Development
- Position: Employee
- Location: China, Shanghai (Sales Office)
Purpose & key responsibilities of the role
- Manage and grow key client relationships, identiy customer needs and translate them into actionable tasks (including customer visits in China 50-70%)
- Provide customer service and act as fast interface between Pulp Commercial team, sales agents, and local technical customer service team
- Provide customer & market insights to the pulp commercial team
- Business development for potential new customers and potential new applications
- Manage diversified sales portfolio and its monthly sales contract management
- Preparation of monthly/yearly sales plans and tracking via CRM
Our expectations for this exciting role
- University degree (business or science) and/or Business Administration/MBA, strong commercial sense/sales management
- Experience in the international pulp industry, commercial/marketing management, good overall technical understanding
- Excellent/Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Good communication, networking and presentation skills, acts market and customer oriented
- Strategic thinking skills
- Performance driven and result oriented
- Advanced IT skills (CRM, MS Office, MS outlook)
