Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

• Assist Regional Sr. Commercial Director Textile China in terms of commercial tasks including but not limited to monthly reports/data consolidation and input in system, meeting/calendar arrangement and other tasks assigned
• Responsible for general office administration including office moving, lease renewals, office maintenance & environment, office safety, leading the organization of various activities/ meetings/team buildings, annual dinner etc
• LFS projects coordination and timely follow-up
• Admin support for Regional HR Director if needed

Our expectations for this exciting role

• College with studies in business administration, journalism and communication etc.
• Proficiency in both Business English and Mandarin Chinese
• 5 years' experience in a similar capacity with multinational company preferred
• Good communication skills, well organize and able to solve problems and handle multi-tasks
• Independent, flexible, proactive and responsible
• Good computer skills in MS-Office
