Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

  • As part of our global customer service team, you will be the main contact person for your markets, countries and customers on all order- and shipping-related topics
  • Internationality is guaranteed by our global customer structure and our sustainable production sites in America, England, Austria, Indonesia, Thailand and China
  • You coordinate customer requirements with internal stakeholders such as sales, production planning, transport, documentation & finance and ensure professional customer support from order placement to receipt of payment (order-to-cash process), thus securing one of our highest values - high customer satisfaction!
  • You will take responsibility for safeguarding against payment defaults by obtaining credit risk insurance as well as internal approval limits
  • As the central point of contact for your customers, you will create order confirmations, maintain sales terms, discounts & commissions, and build long-term customer relationships
  • In case of customer complaints you will work out a quick solution (discounts, handling of returns...)

Our expectations for this exciting role

  • Commercial education (HAK/HBLA diploma, commercial apprenticeship...)
  • Ideally experience in customer service & strong commercial understanding
  • Very good knowledge of English, further language skills are an advantage
  • Good IT user skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Solution-oriented teamplayer with good organizational skills
  • "Problem solver" who enjoys working in a global environment

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 3,300.- with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
