Global QESH Compliance & Audit Manager (f/m/x)

Purpose of the role

The QESH Compliance & Audit Manager will liaise with the Board, local QESH departments, and external bodies to ensure that the independent QESH management process is established in line with ISO requirements, fulfills the QESH legal and product safety requirements, and provides guidance for continuous improvement of systems & processes.


MAIN TASKS & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • You will lead and participate in global QESH audits (9001, 14001, 45001, combined audits, and customer & supplier audits), and act as the contact person for external auditing & certification bodies (eg Quality Austria, ERM etc)
  • You will further refine and improve the internal & external QESH audit programs, as well as the supplier audit program
  • You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the internal auditor trainings
  • You will lead the development of the IMS
  • You will organise and oversee the annual audit plan, in line with global & local responsibilities; and you will contribute to the continuous improvement- of the QESH compliance audit process

Our expectations for this exciting role

  • You hold a degree in a Science, Technical or Management-related discipline; and you are certified in ISO 9001 and ISO 19011
  • You have extensive knowledge of management systems (9001, 14001, 45001), and the ability to translate management system-related requirements into internal procedures & processes
  • You have experience in, and deep knowledge of, ISO 19011 auditing
  • You have good experience in using QESH-related IT systems, eg. SAP-QM, SAP-Audit Management, SAP-EHSM, SHEARS, EARS
  • You have excellent time management, organisational and process-thinking skills
  • You are a good networker, with great people skills; and you are fluent in both German and English

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4.400 - with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
