Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

• You will drive volume growth and promote Lenzing fiber innovations to your primary customers.
• You will foster relationships with existing and new primary customers, optimizing your customer portfolio.
• You will identify and implement growth opportunities, creating go-to-market plans for new products.
• You will forecast sales volume and prices, ensuring alignment between demand and supply.
• You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance business operations and growth.
• You will monitor industry trends and share insights to support marketing efforts.
• You will develop and execute regional sales strategies based on market analysis and competition.

Our expectations for this exciting role

• You will have a minimum of 10 years total experience in the textile industry with at least 5 years in Sales.
• You have a University degree in Business Management or equivalent with a specialization in fibers or textiles.
• You have a solid knowledge of technical understanding of fibers and downstream processes.
• You are proficient in written and spoken business English
• You have excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
