Fabric Certification Specialist

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

  • You act as the regional contact person for textile and nonwovens certification for Europe, America and Turkey
  • In the course of the certification process, you will independently take care of the incoming inspection, the definition of the corresponding test procedures, the assessment of the results, the decision on certification and the maintenance of the relevant data
  • You act as the central point of contact for our customers for (certification) enquiries
  • We receive fabric samples from our customers for the purpose of fiber/fabric verification. You will ensure conscientious administration and data maintenance in the CRM, the creation of test orders and outgoing letters to the customer
  • You will also support and manage the global fabric certification process on an ongoing basis and actively contribute to the maintenance of Sharepoint and our e-branding system

Our expectations for this exciting role

  • Completed technical training, ideally in the field of textiles and/or textile-technology
  • Good knowledge of and great interest in textile products
  • Ideally some first professional experience in a comparable working environment
  • Very good knowledge of English, other foreign languages (e.g. Turkish, Spanish) are an advantage
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office, Sharepoint and CRM systems
  • Very good communication skills and openmindedness

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 3.200.- with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
