Since 1997, Lenzing Fibers in Heiligenkreuz has set global benchmarks in lyocell fiber production. As the first facility worldwide to produce over one million tons of lyocell fibers, we combine advanced manufacturing with environmental stewardship.
Our state-of-the-art facility, equipped with three production lines and two power plants, produces over 80,000 tons of sustainable lyocell fibers annually. The 2023 acquisition of a biomass plant marks another milestone in our journey toward carbon-neutral production.
