LENZING™ Soda Ash: high-quality product from pulp production
ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Soda ash, also known as sodium carbonate (Na₂CO₃), is a versatile chemical used in a variety of industries to alter pH, act as a cleaning agent, and serve as a precursor in many processes.
Unlike conventional soda ash, which relies on finite mineral resources, LENZING™ Soda Ash is derived from the renewable raw material wood. The white, free-flowing, odorless granulate is available in two types: soda ash light and soda ash dense in granulated form.
Thanks to its own research and development efforts, Lenzing Group is able to offer several biorefinery materials arising from the production of dissolving wood pulp. Read on to learn more.
