Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

  • Lead role to review standard operating procedures and ensure training documentation is in alignment.

  • Prepare operational training material (powerpoint, video, etc.) as needed.

  • Analyze current training matrix and make recommendations on path forward to ensure we have adequate trained employees in all operational areas.

  • Assist in training of process technicians.

  • Maintain up to date training matrix.

  • Perform other duties as directed

  • Complies with Business/Quality policy and objectives.

Our expectations for this exciting role

  • B.S. Degree preferred with 10 years of manufacturing experience

  • Attention to details and good analytics skill

  • Self-motivated in managing multi-tasks and able to delivery result with quality

  • Able to support change management and continuous improvement and project management skill

  • Advance level in computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and other IT Applications as needed).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good communication skill

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to present information and bargain with employees and managers from different levels
