What You’ll Do:

  • Manage day‑to‑day technical store and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and issuing of materials.

  • Ensure high inventory accuracy, material availability, stock control, and compliance with warehouse standards (e.g. 5S).

  • Continuously improve warehouse layout, space utilization, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead, coach, and develop technical store team members; support hiring and performance development.

  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Maintenance, and Production to balance material availability and working capital.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and security standards within warehouse operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse or technical store management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse KPIs (stock accuracy, availability), and 5S practices.

  • Hands‑on experience with warehouse management systems; SAP MM experience preferred.

  • High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
