Purpose & key responsibilities of the role:
  • Manage and Lead the Nonwovens Americas commercial team to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets while driving sustainable growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across the region through regular visits, strategic engagement, and partnership development

  • Align and implement key initiatives that support the global nonwovens strategy and regional growth platforms

  • Establish and execute the regional sales and marketing strategy, including clear KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability mechanisms

  • Represent Lenzing at relevant trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to deepen market understanding and strengthen brand presence

  • Maintain deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, competitive landscape (direct and substitution), regulatory developments, and emerging trends

Our expectations for this exciting role:
  • 10+ yrs experience in Sales Leadership & Marketing within the Nonwovens Industry with Brands and Private Label (B2B and B2C), including Nonwovens manufacturing, specifically in space of Hygiene and wipes

  • Proven track record of delivering beyond commitment

  • Ability to develop a team that can adapt quickly to change and execute sales strategies

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, as well as organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Mastering effective communication skills in an international setting and often virtual meetings

  • Strong analytical thinker with financial acumen

  • Experience in developing strategy to secure multi-year agreement with strategic partners

Salary for this position is commensurate with education and experience.
Pay: $175,000 -$225,000 per year
