Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

  • Collect the demand forecast from direct customers and verify the accuracy

  • Map out a clear value chain with key direct customers

  • Collaborate with global team to maximize the value of internal resources to drive sales;

  • Process day-to-day sales activities/orders and keep close customer contact

  • Coordinate sales orders with logistics, finance, and related departments

  • Collect market information & monitor competition

  • Search for new business opportunities & applications, work closely with Business Development and Technical Marketing & Development colleagues to develop new business applications for all fibers

  • Undertake other tasks assigned by leaders

Your ideal profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile (preferably dyeing/finishing or adjacent businesses like auxiliary/dyestuff

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the textile industry

  • Understand the whole value chain of textile

  • Familiar with JDA and CRM

  • Adequate know-how of the textile market

  • Team player character with adequate leadership, and communication skills

  • Good command of Mandarin and English in oral and written
