What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and implement reliability strategies (RCM, RCA, RBI, FMEA) to improve equipment performance.

  • Lead condition monitoring and analyze equipment data to prevent failures and optimize maintenance.

  • Ensure compliance with SHE standards and technical/legal requirements for all assets.

  • Drive asset performance using KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Plan and support CAPEX projects and maintenance strategies aligned with asset lifecycle management.

  • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts strategies, and inventory optimization.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance plant availability, turnaround efficiency, and long-term reliability.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or EIC Engineering (Mechanical preferred).

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial plants with strong reliability expertise (RCM, RCA, RBI, FMEA).

  • Experience in TPM, condition monitoring, and reliability-based maintenance practices.

  • Basic understanding of CAPEX planning and asset lifecycle management.

  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills with hands-on mindset.

  • Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with project-oriented approach.

  • Well-organized with a systematic working style and strong safety & quality mindset.
