Management and coordination of innovation and development projects in the field of hygiene and wipes applications
Planning, coordination and evaluation of trials in collaboration with internal and external partners
Translation of technical findings into customer-relevant benefits, product concepts and value propositions
Support of Sales, Product Management and Technical Customer Service with application know-how and technical expertise
Identification of market needs and development opportunities for fiber-based hygiene solutions
Preparation and presentation of project results, technical reports and recommendations
Collaboration in innovation activities, claim development and intellectual property generation
Active networking across functions and regions to support efficient project execution and knowledge transfer
Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Biotechnology, Materials Science, Textile Technology, Paper Technology or a related field
Experience in project management, product development, application development, R&D or technical customer support
Experience in nonwovens or hygiene applications is considered an advantage
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Analytical mindset and structured and independent way of working
Comfortable working in an international and multidisciplinary environment
English language skills at B2 level or above, German language skills at A2 level or above
Please note: the initial expected duration for this position is 12-14 months (possibility for extension following this period)

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4.300.- with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience.
