What You’ll Do:

  • Execute engineering projects across Lenzing fiber and pulp sites.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver cost-effective solutions.

  • Use engineering tools to prepare and revise technical deliverables.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality guidelines.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Document progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

  • Travel to domestic and international Lenzing sites as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • 0–5 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome).

  • Strong engineering fundamentals and drawing interpretation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with effective communication abilities.

  • Proficient in English (ALTE B1+); Mandarin is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel and learn engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB).

  • Professional Engineer License is a plus.
