What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with budget, risk management, and global procurement directives.

  • Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for CAPEX, MRO, and indirect services, including negotiation and contract management.

  • Lead supplier qualification, evaluation, and relationship management to build a strong and sustainable supplier base.

  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities, track performance, and report progress with corrective actions when needed.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, assess risks, and support key decision-making.

  • Oversee compliance with procurement processes, sustainability requirements, and internal policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.

  • Minimum 15 years of procurement experience, with strong exposure to CAPEX, MRO, and indirect categories.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and contracting skills with deep understanding of Incoterms and global procurement practices.

  • High proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Strong analytical skills, resilience, and ability to work independently with assertiveness.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

  • Proficiency in spoken & written English.
