The Corporate Marketing team's mission is to drive unified brand position, digital excellence and customer-centric experience, that enhances the visibility of Lenzing. The Performance Marketing Manager drives the digital performance and lead generation by translating business marketing and commercial priorities into targeted digital activation and measurable commercial impact.
You will be responsible for driving measurable growth, optimizing campaigns end‑to‑end, and ensuring our marketing investments deliver strong ROI.
You will develop and own the performance marketing strategy across paid, organic, display and video channels.
You will plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns.
You will own the internal Universal Tracking & Reporting project using different analytics tools, translating insights into actionable recommendations and reporting on weekly / monthly performance.
You will manage budgets across channels.
You will monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
You hold a University degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline and bring 3 - 5 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
You are experienced in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tiktok Ads and other major performance channels.
You are skilled in managing budgets, pacing and forecasting across various channels and identifying new growth opportunities.
You are competent using analytical platforms and reports, establishing universal reporting across different business units.
You thrive in a data‑driven environment and are comfortable with marketing automation tools.
You are keen to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, cross-functionally and -regionally.
You are fluent in English and German languages.

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4.300.- with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
