What You’ll Do:

  • Lead operational support and data integration efforts for the Asia Hub.

  • Drive site optimization, improvement projects, and team coordination.

  • Manage third-party partnerships and ensure effective collaboration across Lenzing teams.

  • Oversee process data digitalization and ensure efficient resource planning.

  • Build trust through transparent communication and technical expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in chemical engineering (Master’s preferred) with 6+ years of CAPEX and 3+ years of OPEX experience.

  • Strong knowledge of fiber processes (Lyocell/Viscose), filtration systems, and process design.

  • Skilled in data systems (Aspen, OSIsoft), DCS/PLC, and engineering documentation.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Fluent in English (ALTE C1/C2) and willing to travel across Lenzing sites in Asia.

  • Experience with Lenzing operations is a plus.
