What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and schedule mechanical maintenance activities, including shutdowns and turnarounds.

  • Manage SAP PM/MM workflows for notifications, work orders, and spare parts.

  • Develop and deploy preventive/predictive maintenance and lubrication plans.

  • Track equipment history, identify “bad actors,” and lead RCA/FMEA processes.

  • Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, technical evaluations, and quality assurance.

  • Maintain accurate BOM and spare part stock levels for reliability improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in chemical, fiber, pulp & paper, petrochemical, or hygiene plants.

  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP PM/MM preferred) and maintenance planning fundamentals.

  • Expertise in preventive/predictive maintenance, reliability concepts, and shutdown planning.

  • Technical understanding of RCA, FMEA, BOM, and lubrication best practices.

  • Strong mechanical background, analytical skills, and safety mindset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and intermediate English communication skills.
