What You’ll Do:
  • Support mechanical engineering and design activities for Fiber and Pulp operations, including plant optimization and project execution.

  • Lead equipment testing, validation, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement initiatives.

  • Manage and coordinate CAPEX/OPEX engineering projects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

  • Conduct process and system analyses to identify opportunities for performance optimization and operational improvements.

  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, modular package solutions, and industry best practices.

  • Build strong relationships with global and local stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

  • 5–10 years of engineering experience in mechanical, process, or industrial project execution.

  • Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, pressure vessels, tanks, piping systems, and process equipment.

  • Ability to interpret engineering documents, process diagrams, mechanical drawings, and package unit documentation.

  • Hands-on experience in equipment inspection, testing, troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, and reliability improvement.

  • Proven experience with CAPEX/OPEX projects and engineering tools such as COMOS, AutoCAD, E3D, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
