What You’ll Do:
  • Lead mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive/predictive maintenance, and minor modifications for rotating, static, and utility equipment.

  • Provide technical supervision to the mechanical maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operations.

  • Support engineering design reviews for maintainability in CAPEX projects and update technical documents/MOC.

  • Develop maintenance procedures, PM task lists, work instructions, and support SAP-based maintenance workflows.

  • Coordinate spare part management, workshop setup, and equipment condition monitoring.

  • Enhance plant reliability by analyzing failures, proposing improvements, and ensuring timely maintenance execution.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support plant availability, shutdowns, and turnaround activities.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Chemical, Fiber, Pulp & Paper, Petrochemical, or Hygiene plants.

  • Strong technical knowledge of rotating & static equipment, piping/valves, hydraulics/pneumatics, utilities, welding, NDE, and machining.

  • Understanding of corrosion, erosion, surface coating standards, laser alignment, lubrication & vibration fundamentals.

  • Experience with CMMS (SAP PM preferred) and engineering documentation standards.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with leadership and teamwork capabilities.

  • Excellent organization, systematic work approach, and strong safety and quality mindset.
