Lenzing AG is seeking a logistics professional with a strong background in global supply chain coordination and warehouse management, to take responsibility for internal logistics flows, ensuring data accuracy, customer responsiveness, and efficient global transport and warehouse operations.
Key tasks & main accountabilities
You will coordinate communication with customers regarding order confirmations, pro forma invoices, and transport; and ensure that they receive timely delivery information
You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and orders; maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date data in the relevant systems for the product portfolio; and preparing accurate reports to share internally in support of production planning
You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Quality, ensuring alignment across the departments in order to optimize product flow and customer satisfaction
You will be responsible for warehouse management for all filament products globally; and coordinating product availability and allocation based on sales, stock levels, and quality requirements
You will strive for continuous improvement of internal logistics processes, including transport coordination and warehouse flows
You hold a degree in Business Administration or Logistics; and/or you have around 5 years of experience in logistics management (ideally, with practical knowledge of managing unit loads)
You have a proven track record in warehouse management; and a structured, analytical approach to stock, planning, and internal logistics optimization
You have strong IT skills, particularly in SAP and Microsoft Office
You are fluent in German; and you have good English language skills, both written and spoken
You are able to collaborate effectively, with internal partners and with external customers
Knowledge of filament yarns, their applications, or related textile industry experience would be an advantage

The monthly gross salary for this position, according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry and based on a 38-hour working week, will be at least €4.300,- with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
