As Investor Relations Specialist within a public listed company, you will be the go-to liaison facing the investment community, cultivating and supporting strong relationships with investors, analysts and broker banks. You work hand in hand with our Treasury Head and our CFO, ensuring clear and strategic communication with our investors; and highlighting Lenzing’s leading role in corporate sustainability, illustrated by achievements such as our Tripe-A CDP rating. You support positioning the group as a trusted, forward-thinking partner in the capital markets - even in turbulent times like today.
Main tasks & key accountabilities:
You provide relevant insights by monitoring analyst reports, assessing capital market trends and ratings, and reviewing peer benchmarks
You prepare and present financial and sustainability-related communications, including investor briefing notes, periodic financial reports, earnings announcements, etc.
You align closely with senior financial leadership to create and implement the Group’s investor relations (IR) strategy, including possible transformations
You represent the Group in the financial market by organizing and participating in shareholder meetings and capital markets roadshows; and support the planning and execution of events such as annual general meetings and other IR-related initiatives
You build and maintain strong relationships with key investors and stakeholders, while keeping CRM records updated
You hold a degree in Finance, Economics, or Law, with a solid understanding of capital markets and some experience in regulatory compliance in the DACH region
You have approximately 4-7 years of experience in financial analysis and/or investor relations, and a flair for presenting complex financial information in a clear and structured manner
You are proficient in the use of professional financial information platforms for capital market data analysis, as well as financial modeling software
You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in English and German, with experience of preparing and delivering presentations to various stakeholders while being open to transformation processes

The monthly gross salary for this position, according to collective agreement in the chemical industry and based on a 38-hour working week, will be at least EUR 4.700,- with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience. You will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
