In this role, you will expand and diversify the non-core Nonwoven (NW) fiber business, identifying region-related sustainable USPs and supporting the development and commercialization of these USPs within the focus regions (E.g. Americas, APAC & EMEA)
You will be responsible for Account Management, building customer intimacy and networking in Specialty Segment (including filtration, electrical / battery, industrial applications) while ensuring the internal organization is connected at multiple levels
You will work closely with Regional Sales managers to ensure sustainable commercial success in niche markets
You will be involved in forecasting, budgeting and commercialization management (qualification to commercialization)
You will seek further market segment growth and provide market analysis, competitive landscape to define business strategy and activities
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Material Science or similar field. Additional education in Business Management will be considered as a benefit
You bring extensive global commercial experience and technical understanding in Specialty markets (E.g. Filtration, electrical / battery, industrial applications) - previous direct experience within the Nonwovens industry is essential
You have a proven track record of revenue growth in technical segments while maintaining high profit margins
You are a strong leader with the ability to motivate and set business directions to non-reporting matrix global sales team, building business plans while ensuring objectives are monitored and achieved
You have excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of contractual business
You have Advanced IT skills: CRM, MS Office, MS Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
You work well in cross-functional teams
You are fluent in English, additional languages will be a benefit

The annual gross salary for this position (in Austria) is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 78.400.- with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience.
Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
