Lead the inspection, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire protection, fire prevention, and fire suppression systems in line with NFPA standards.
Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support for electrical power systems and fire protection equipment during normal operations and shutdown activities.
Ensure the readiness and compliance of emergency response equipment, tools, and accessories.
Support maintenance and reliability improvement of electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, generators, MCCs, VFDs, and related equipment.
Manage and evaluate contractors and service providers to ensure quality, safety, and technical compliance.
Maintain and update engineering documentation, including P&IDs, single-line diagrams, schematics, and inspection reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, reliability, and maintenance best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, with a strong focus on fire protection systems and electrical power systems.
Solid knowledge of fire alarm, fire suppression, sprinkler, hydrant, deluge, FM200, and emergency lighting systems.
Hands-on experience with LV/MV electrical systems, transformers, generators, MCCs, VFDs, UPS, and protection relays.
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, inspection, and maintenance skills.
Experience managing contractors and external service providers in industrial environments.
Good teamwork, stakeholder management, communication skills, and a strong safety and quality mindset.
