What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and schedule EIC maintenance activities for daily operations and shutdown/turnaround periods.

  • Manage SAP PM processes, including notifications, work orders, and master data accuracy.

  • Develop and maintain preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance plans.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely maintenance execution.

  • Monitor equipment performance, track “bad actors,” and support RCA for reliability improvement.

  • Manage spare parts planning, including BOM, stock levels, and optimization.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and equipment health tracking to support decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial plant maintenance (chemical, petrochemical, pulp & paper, etc.).

  • Strong expertise in CMMS (SAP PM/MM preferred) and maintenance planning/scheduling.

  • Solid knowledge of EIC maintenance methodologies (PM, PdM, condition monitoring).

  • Familiar with reliability tools such as RCA, FMEA, RCM, RBI, and MOC processes.

  • Experience in spare parts and BOM management, including stock optimization concepts.

  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills with safety and quality mindset.
