Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

The purpose of the job is to develop Lenzing hygiene fiber specialty sales & business:

  • You will coordinate global hygiene segment sales and portfolio development in alignment with Global Business Development, R&D, and Technical Customer Service teams.

  • You will collaborate with Quality, Production, and Innovation teams to ensure market leadership and support business objectives.

  • You will have direct Sales responsibility for Key Accounts

  • You will drive marketing and branding activities in alignment with Global BM NW to enhance market presence and brand recognition.

  • You will conduct gap / potential assessments to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

Our expectations for this exciting role
  • You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales Management, or a related field, as well as a strong commercial and technical background, including experience in selling complex technical products and effectively communicating their benefits and value propositions to customers.

  • You possess extensive knowledge of Marketing and Sales within the FMCG sector, preferably in the Nonwovens and Hygiene industry.

  • You demonstrate the ability to develop and execute successful Sales strategies that drive business growth.

  • You exhibit excellent presentation, negotiation, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • You have advanced competency in utilizing CRM systems, MS Office, and MS Outlook.

  • You communicate fluently in Business English (C1 level), both written and spoken - additional languages would be advantageous.

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4700.- with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
