As a key expert for Commercial Compliance and Customer Master Data Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, high data quality, and efficient commercial processes across the Lenzing Group.
Acting as an interface between Sales, Risk Management, IT, and Global Commercial Operations, you will safeguard data integrity and support informed business decisions.
In this global role, you will:
Act as the primary contact for commercial compliance, evaluate business cases, ensure policy alignment, prepare decision ready inputs, manage quarterly compliance check (HS codes, sanctions, ad-hoc requests)
Monitor, document, and report on data quality, compliance status, and identified risks
Collaborating closely with Risk Management on credit risk topics and reporting, work closely with IT, Legal & Compliance and Global Commercial Operations to optimize processes and system usage
Take global responsibility for SAP SD customer master data (creation, changes, enhancements, deletions, duplicate checks, and user support), centralized workflows, monitoring, reporting and risk identification
Support the Order-to-Cash process for non-core business cases within the Central Sales Service department
Completed commercial education, a bachelor’s degree is advantageous
Strong IT skills, especially MS Office; SAP SD knowledge is advantageous
Very good command of English and German, written and spoken (C1 Level)
Experience in customer master data management and a solid knowledge of data lifecycle processes, data governance, data quality management and workflow design
Understanding of compliance, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills, high flexibility and resilience as well as a confident, analytical, and structured working style with proactive ownership
ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams
