You will manage client relationships with brands and retailers, serving as the primary Lenzing contact for new and existing accounts. Facilitate collaboration between clients and Lenzing’s value chain partners to develop and implement viable, integrated brand programs. Role involves frequent account-related travel of approx. 50-70% per month (approx. 12–15 days/month).
You will promote VEOCEL™ co-branding, specialty fibers and fiber specification at existing and new brand and retail accounts to generate demand, create market pull and drive premiumization within premium wipe and Hygiene markets.
You will identify and capitalise on new business opportunities with preferred brands, retailers and converters.
You will create marketing and communication concepts in collaboration with brands and retailers, in coordination with Lenzing Marketing (storytelling, co-branding, POS promotions).
You will support the implementation of the account’s sales & marketing activities and planning.
You will provide input to other commercial teams to support product and strategy development and execution.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in General Business, Nonwoven value chain, Sales Management, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management or similar.
You have 6+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management in the FMCG industry or interacting with FMCG for the nonwovens industry. You know the wipes market and/or AHP market is highly desired.
You have knowledge and ability in defining and implementing marketing initiatives and programs.
You are an 80% hunter and 20% gatherer profile, an empathetic person with a hands-on mentality, a good listener, and a team player.
You are self-driven, a creative thinker who can translate customer needs and pain points into actionable tasks and value-adding solutions, as well as address market trends and customer requests with innovative solutions.
You have advanced IT skills (CRM, MS Office, MS Outlook).
You have excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
You have language proficiency (written and spoken) in Business English.

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4200**.-** with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience.
