A complete application includes the curriculum vitae, as well as any school certificates, university degrees and references/recommendations. The Lenzing Group attaches great importance to an informative curriculum vitae, in light of the fact that this is the “figurehead” of your application. It enables you to present your strengths and professional background to us in a clearly arranged manner. A motivation letter is welcome but not mandatory.

A quick and respectful application process is important to us. For this reason, you can expect initial feedback on your application in a timely manner, but no later than 2 months after the application has been received.

An initial selection is made on the basis of the documents you have put at our disposal (e.g. curriculum vitae, motivation letter, certificates). Depending on the position and number of applications, any issues that remain open may be clarified by phone. The next step is a video or personal meeting in which we introduce you to supervisors as well as the human resources department. Depending on the position, you will get to know your future tasks and colleagues in a second meeting in order to be able to give you a better insight into the company and your future professional challenge. However, the responsible recruiter will explain the exact procedure to you, depending on the specific position involved.

We all want to uphold the high standards of Lenzing and you as a potential employee.
