You will autonomously advise on, plan, lead, organize and control legal aspects regarding many jurisdictions and solve complex legal questions in relation to the group’s business.
You will provide legal solutions and guidance on e.g. strategic projects, internal affairs, corporate law M&A or financings.
You will support the business on legal aspects of the businesses.
You will create and maintain standard forms and contracts (English and partially in German) and provide standard contract templates for internal stakeholders.
You will be part of national and international dispute resolution (court, arbitration, administrative proceedings).
You will engage and coordinate with external law firms.
You hold a Master's degree in Law and have passed the bar exam.
You have 2-4 years of working experience as legal counsel in an internationally active law firm and / or in a global corporation with considerable experience in corporate law and governance.
You have intercultural sensitivity, strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and the ability to work with a truly global and multidisciplinary team.
Additional know-how in a special legal or commercial field is a plus.
You are fluent in both English and German.

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4.300,.- with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
