Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

The purpose of this role is to lead Lenzing’s global corporate marketing strategy, strengthening brand consistency, digital excellence, customer engagement, and market visibility while ensuring effective brand governance, scalable platforms, impactful events, and strategic marketing investments.

  • You will provide executive leadership for the corporate brands, defining and governing enterprise brand strategy, positioning, architecture, and messaging to drive global business growth, market differentiation and long-term enterprise value.

  • You will advise executive leadership on branding and positioning while leading and developing a multidisciplinary marketing team of 5 direct reports.

  • You will define the enterprise process for planning, executing, and evaluating corporate events, including event-related risk management, vendor selection, and measurement frameworks.

  • You will manage marketing budgets, investment planning, approvals, and ROI accountability

  • You will set the direction for digital platforms, governance, UX standards, using cross-functional digital alignment to ensure scalable, interoperable, future-ready platforms.

  • You will establish processes for capturing customer, user, and stakeholder insights and embed them into strategic planning, digital development, brand decisions and performance dashboards.

Our expectations for this exciting role
  • You hold a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

  • You bring at least 7 years of leadership experience in Corporate Marketing, Brand Management, or Strategic Marketing within an international environment.

  • You have a proven track record in defining enterprise brand strategy, corporate positioning, and value proposition development to drive business growth and market differentiation.

  • You have experience leading and developing high-performing teams, making strategic decisions, and contributing to long-term business success.

  • You are experienced in influencing C-suite leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.

  • You drive marketing effectiveness through data-driven strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory. German and additional language skills are considered an advantage.

  • Experience and industry know-how within the B2B textile, apparel, hygiene, nonwovens, fiber, pulp, or related manufacturing industries are considered a strong advantage.

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 4.700.- with a willingness to overpay – depending on qualifications and experience.Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
