Detailed analyses of the actual state and the use of process simulations put us in a position working with our customers to offer the best ecological and economic solution for the specific application by one-stop shopping. All of this enables us to further extend the competitive advantage of our customers, and their customers in turn, in terms of energy and cost savings using sustainable eco-friendly technologies in waste gas purification.

1. Consulting
   As a specialist in the construction of plants for waste gas purification, we are not dependent on the purification processes in use. Armed with our many years of experience at the production sites of our parent company, and the production sites of our other customers, we can offer independent advice and the selection of processes suitable to purify the waste gases in question. We are happy to offer you advice when it comes to selecting the technology, economic efficiency, financing, the authorities/grants, process optimizations and the implementation of projects.
2. Pilot plant trials
   We are happy to perform pilot plant trials at your factory on the site and/or analyses in our in-house laboratories. This gives you the opportunity to set and design the plant exactly in accordance with your requirements. 
3. Engineering
   We perform all the different engineering tasks – from process simulations through to the complete 3D planning of lines. We perform basic and detail engineering tailor-made to satisfy your needs. We also carry out HAZOP analyses or support you when it comes to compiling the VEXAT documentation.
4. Production
   We have our own production department which allows us to react in a flexible manner to supply deadlines and specific customer requirements whilst at the same time guaranteeing a constantly high quality. 
5. Installation
   We offer you years of international installation experience and we are flexible with regard to the installation management through to the overall installation handling. In particular with process adaptations, plant conversions, extensions or modifications whilst production continues, our qualification lies in the safe implementation with the goal of achieving the best possible production even during the conversion phase.
6. Automation
   Our automation department specializes in the supply and project development of all the common process control systems, SPC controls and visualization systems, as well as the planning and design of electrical systems, measurement and control devices. Services in the field of drive technology, network and communication technology round off the range of products. In this respect one of our specialties is the conversion and update of existing automation systems (migration) and the special development of soft and hardware for a specific application.
7. After – Sales
   We see our relationship with our customers in terms of a long-term partnership. Partnerships which do not end after a plant has been accepted. From the provision of spare parts, through to the servicing and operation of the plant, these are some of the services which guarantee a successful co-operation over many years. Research and development projects allow further plant optimizations through to the development of new lines which provide you with access to new technologies and processes.
   

Due to our wide range of products, we are in a position to minimize the interface coordination in the projects of our customers. Regardless of whether these are individual components, the modification of existing devices or turn-key lines as a general contractor.
