In Detail
The Pulpfeeder Type BLZT 750 VZ is designed for continuous transport of vertical pulp bales and is thus suitable for both batch and continuous operation of the pulper.
The pulpfeeder is divided into two sections, the store chain conveyor section and weighing chain conveyor section.
Both conveyor sections are equipped with chains and gear motors driven in parallel.
The gear motors can be operated with frequency converters allowing variable speed control of the conveyor units.
The pulp sheets slide into the pulper via the chute on the end of the weigh chain. A weight loaded adjustable restraining arm prevents the pulp sheets from tipping over in the chute.
