In Detail

After spinning machine the viscose tow enters into one or more Lenzing Technik stretching units to get highest possible fiber tenacity.

The stretching unit itself consists mainly of frame, a number of stretch rollers made of special kind of stainless steel, single drive each roller and automatically operated window.

Due to frequency converter control of each single driven stretch roller different stretch ratios and therefore different fiber qualities (tenacity) can be adjusted.

The automatic operated window capsulate the stretch unit and enables an easy gas collection for gas recovery on the one hand and an improved working place condition on the other hand as CS2 and H2S containing gases can not escape out of the machine.

    Die Lenzing Technik GmbH befindet sich weiterhin auf Expansionskurs. Nach Errichtung des Blechtechnikwerkes im letzten Jahr wird nun auch die mechanische Fertigung um eine Halle erweitert.
