MANAGEMENT CHANGE AT LENZING Technik GMBH & CO KG

Recently, a change took place in the management of Lenzing Technik GmbH & Co KG, a subsidiary of the Lenzing Group. In addition to Helmut Aigner, Johann Weber now also holds the position of managing director in this international engineering company. He succeeds Christian Reisinger, who will become Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lenzing Technik GmbH & Co KG.
Johann Weber has been with Lenzing AG since 1969; his recent function was that of head of the viscose technology segment of Lenzing Technik.
Lenzing Technik has a staff of more than 500 and generates annual sales of about EUR 86 mill. It implements projects throughout the world, supplies systems and services, focused on the pulp and fiber industry and takes care of customers requiring automation solutions and industrial services in a broad range of industries.
