46th Man-made Fibers Congress in Dornbirn/Austria, 19 - 21 September 2007

700 participants from more than 30 nations as well as 110 lecturers from 16 nations underline the impressive importance of the 46th Dornbirn MFC as a lead event.
The current congress underlines the importance of cooperation between research and industry. The targeted dedication of research funds in cooperation with textile research institutes, the man-made fiber industry and the textile chain is illustrated with examples out of practice.

The supervisory board of Lenzing AG today announced that they will propose Peter Untersperger as their new chairman as of 1 January 2009 to the company's management board. Peter Untersperger currently is head of finance and will succeed Thomas Fahnemann, who is to join RHI AG.
