PTFE Cable Films to Meet Maximum Requirements

In all segments of the cable industry, where high temperature resistance and stability against chemicals is required, PTFE films produced by Lenzing Plastics are used. Because of the special properties of PTFE, these special films are perfectly suited to insulate conductor wires used for medical engineering applications and in the aviation industry, as well as for special applications such as in high-frequency engineering.

The aircraft industry and medical engineering, in particular, requires increasingly thinner and more flexible conductors. This can only be achieved by using the appropriate insulating material: PTFE. Especially for applications in these fields we offer film widths down to 1.5mm and very low densities.

Our winding technology gives the smoothest operational processing conditions for our customers, and is adjusted to individual needs – on parallel bobbins and disc coils, using various winding methods.
