Lenzing PTFE "sandwich" yarns - close to 50% filler content for superior heat conductivity and sealability.

Expanded PTFE packings are generally more " forgiving" and more conforming - they thus seal better at lower gland pressure. Because all the filler is incorporated, sandwich yarns are also more or less "smudge-free". 

Lenzing Plastic also offer an FDA-compliant talc-filled thermally conductive sandwich yarn for the food and drug industry, drinking water and all contamination sensitive applications where graphite-containing materials have to be avoided.
