The Lenzing group, global market leader for cellulosic fibers, plans to significantly expand its production capacities and will invest EUR 120 million in both Europe and Asia. The projects will be complete by 2011. The TENCEL® fiber comes from Nature. It is of botanic origin because it is extracted from the raw material, wood.

Lenzing and Advansa: Development co-operation project to be continued

Following the success of last year’s cooperation project „Coolmax® & TENCEL® = 200 % efficiency“, Lenzing and Advansa will continue their successful co-operation project and are presenting a new development this season for the active wear sector. The two fibers ThermoºCool™ Eco from ADVANSA and TENCEL® from Lenzing allow for new textiles with an optimum performance.
