Remuneration reports & policy
INTRO
In accordance with Section 78c and Section 98a of the Austrian Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz, AktG), the executive board and the supervisory board of listed companies are required to prepare a remuneration report and policy governing the remuneration of the members of the executive board and the supervisory board. Those are made publicly available on this site.
