Well-educated and motivated #employees are the basis for sustainable corporate success, which is why Lenzing strongly focuses on their ongoing training and further education.

Our staff is continually supported and challenged during the different phases of their professional careers, whether as apprentices, specialized employees or executives. The broad range of professional development measures aims to recognize #employee potential as well as to expand their personal, social and professional competencies on the basis of customized training programs.

The two educational centers in Austria and Indonesia, which are primarily responsible for apprentice and specialist training in the fields of chemical process technology, plastics, metals and engineering, help to develop sustainably new generations of skilled #employees.

In addition to different courses, some programs and seminars are offered globally in order to equip #employees with the skills they need to master future challenges. Global initiatives such as management and junior executive programs round off the offering, and make a major contribution to the personal and professional development of #employees, underlining the global orientation of the company.
