Original tenacity despite printing

Printed cable identification tapes, which have the same tenacity as original tapes, can be manufactured thanks to Lenzing’s innovative know-how. The high tenacity of the tape remains intact thanks to a special printing technique. Only finished tapes are printed which means they retain the properties of the original tape. As a result of the flexo/ink printing technique, the printed cable identification tapes offer a number of other advantages:

• small lot sizes can also be made available to customers without any charges for printing blocks.
• the very high flexibility of the process means delivery dates can be shortened to a minimum.

The PP tapes can be printed with letters and figures or in two colours. Of course the same product properties apply to printed cable identification tapes as to unprinted tapes: a high tear strength, no moisture absorption and resistance to all cable materials.

For solid binding

The printed cable identification tapes from Lenzing have the same tenacity as the original tapes. This makes them suitable for discerning applications in cable identification and as spiral-wound reinforcement helixes in which a high tenacity is an absolute must.
