The new age fiber
TENCEL® is the advanced nonwoven cellulosic fiber. It combines enhanced performance with purity, smoothness and absorbency. Beyond this, TENCEL® is manufactured using a highly eco-friendly process with minimal environmental impact and excellent ecological credentials.
TENCEL® offers enhanced physical properties:
- High strength, especially in the wet state
- Low linting
- Smooth to sensitive skin
TENCEL® Short Cut fibers are produced at lengths of 4 – 20 mm depending on the application and product requirements.
TENCEL® Tow is also available for subsequent downstream cutting and conversion for speciality applications and products.
