The color remains
With Lenzing FR® Color, the color remains where it should be - in the textile. What is known as staining does not take place. The color stays in the fabric and does not dye the washing bath as it is common with conventional textiles. Color fastness is an advantage for the textile chain as a whole and the wearer also benefits: the color stays where it should be.
Washing tests show: with Lenzing FR® Color the washing bath remains clear. With fibers which are not spun-dyed, the color is washed out.
Lenzing FR® Stands for performance
Lenzing FR® is the cellulosic fiber of protection.
The flame-resistant agent is permanently integrated in the fiber and offers protection from heat in a variety of fields of application. Dye has now also been successfully integrated in the fiber. Thus Lenzing FR® offers protection and color in one and the same fiber.

Unique protection
The Lenzing cellulose fiber with the incorporated flame-resistant agent sets a high quality standard. Lenzing FR® is produced using the Modal process in which the highest fiber tenacities are attained. Both the color pigments as well as the incorporated flame-resistant agent are permanently placed in the fiber. Conventional FR fibers lose their tenacity as a result of this incorporation and thus their protective effect.
