In Detail
The cooled AC coming from the AC-Cooler is fed with a belt conveyor into the weighing hopper. In order to avoid metallic particles a metal detector is mounted on the feeding belt in front of the weighing hopper.
The weighing hopper mainly consists of two parts. The steel construction (1) and the hopper (2) with the direct mounted discharge belt (3). The hopper is supported by force transducers (4) which are measuring the batch weight. In order to ensure a smooth running of the belt the system is assembled with a belt-adjustment-drive. To avoid any sticking of the AC in the hopper, a stainless steel plating is done inside.
