Ripening and dearation
The ripening is preferably done discontinuously in ripening tanks.
From this process section the viscose is pumped to the continuous flash dearator.
In the Deaerator the viscose flows through saddle packing materials, generating high specific surface, where the occluded air is separated by means of high vacuum.
