Welding
Quality welds make sure that our products meet the highest safety standards. This is guaranteed by our certified welding specialists. We have obtained all relevant ÖNORM, DIN, HP0 and ÖBB welding certificates and are a registered specialist company according to article 19 I German Water Act (WHG).
We handle every job, from the welding of single components to complex welded assemblies. Apart from conventional welding methods, we use the latest robot-controlled units for the production of assemblies.
In addition to parts made in metal such as steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, etc., we also produce plastic components and assemblies.

Formed components and semi-finished parts can be joined together in many different ways.
To join parts made in weldable plastic, they are heated and welded with heating elements, hot gas or by means of extrusion. Other plastics can be joined with one-component or two-component adhesives.
Our specialist technicians are very experienced in the processing thermoplastics, including PP, PE-HD, PVDF and PVC.
