Details

When choosing the best solution for your specific needs, we can resort to a wide range of technologies. We would be delighted to advise you from the very beginning, so that you can opt for the best method to eliminate and prevent surface blemishes and wear. This will provide you with the certainty that your requirement profile will be implemented quickly and to your specifications.

Metallurgical coating and ceramic coating

This method enables you to reduce maintenance and repair costs. Damaged and worn bearing seats, shaft bushings, shafts and axles, bolts and many other parts can not only be repaired at minimum cost, but their surface properties are improved for a longer service life. In many cases, it is useful to consider metallurgical coating even for the production of new parts, as they can be made more durable.

Molecular coating

This method allows for cost-effective and fast repairs of complete plant assemblies, turbine and pump housings, wheels, bearing casings, etc. Molecular coating does not only eliminate damage caused by abrasion, corrosion or cavitation but also prevents further damage. Worn material is restored so that the initial tolerances are re-established. As the finished surface is extremely smooth, the efficiency of assemblies is increased by 5 to 10 per cent, which helps reduce energy consumption. By choosing molecular coating, it is often possible to do away with costly replacements.

Armouring and hard coating

We also offer armouring and hard coating for a wide range of materials. Our specialists help you identify the best technology for your specific application.
