Lenzing Technik takes over LENO Electronics in full
Eight years ago, LENO Electronics GmbH was founded as a joint venture between Lenzing Technik GmbH and Novotech Elektronik GmbH (Gallneukirchen). Now, Lenzing Technik has bought 45% of the founding partner's shares in the company, taking sole operational responsibility and thereby expanding its expertise in electronics. An agreement was reached not to disclose the purchase price. LENO, a company which specialises in PCB assembly, latterly contributed Euro 8 million in turnover with a team of 16 people to Lenzing Technik GmbH’s sales figures.
